Notes:
  1. Registration for the 3 Days Congress is a mandatory prerequisite to register for the Workshop.
  2. Delegates may register for only one workshop per session.
  3. Spaces are limited for each workshop and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. All workshops are half-day sessions. Registration fees are charged on a per-delegate, per-workshop basis. One registration fee does not grant access to multiple workshop sessions.
  5. Whilst every attempt would be made to ensure all aspects of the congress mentioned in the Programme will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee assumes no responsibility should it fail to materialize due to any unforeseen circumstances.
